Athens, is the capital and largest city of Greece, as well as one of the world's oldest cities. It is the most famous city in Greece together with Thessaloniki.
Many of my relatives live there so I have been to Athens many times. A landmark to visit is the Acropolis. It is an amazing place in the centre of Athens. There are many ancient buildings there but the most famous is the Parthenon, a temple dedicated to goddess Athena. Also it has very interesting shops with amazing jewellery and clothes.
Finally, I like this place very much and it's my favourite. It's the best place to go on a trip.
