 If I hadn't go to the doctor I would have still fever. 

If I still had fever I would be taking medicines. 

If I were taking medicines I would be sad. 

If I was sick my mum would feel sorry for me. 

If my mum  felt sorry for me she would buy me many sweets to drink my medicines.

If she had bought me sweets I would be happy.

If I got happy I would feel better.

If I felt better I would stop taking medicines.

If I had stopped I would be more happy.
