Banana is a tropical fruit, the fruit of the banana tree. It contains vitamins A, B, C, E. It is usually eaten raw, although it can be eaten fried, baked and dried, in round flat slices. To preserve it, it can be ground into flour after drying.
Bananas are SUPER tasty, and a super healthy snack that can fill your stomach!
Also, they are my favorite fruit! If you've been checking out all of my recent blogs, then you know that I love them!
(I am SO bored that I don't even feel like saying anything else... And to think that this is a blog about the thing that I won't stop talking aabout! I probably have a dangerous illness. This is crazy!??)
